4. Account Registration and Access

4.1 Each Player is permitted to open only one Account. Duplicate or multiple Accounts will be closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits may only be made using payment methods that are registered in your name.

Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is €100 or the equivalent in another accepted currency.

5.3 The maximum withdrawal limits applicable to all standard accounts are as follows: €1,500 per day, €5,000 per week, and €10,000 per calendar month, or the equivalent amount in another accepted currency. Withdrawals exceeding these thresholds shall be processed in installments, scheduled over multiple days, subject to internal approval and processing capacity. Higher withdrawal limits may be granted solely at the discretion of the Company, including but not limited to cases where a Player holds verified VIP status or where an individual VIP Manager has assigned elevated limits on a case-by-case basis.

5.4 All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review. Withdrawals may take up to 48 Business Hours to process after your account has been fully verified.

5.5 The Company reserves the right to apply withdrawal fees as charged by payment processors. The Player bears all such charges.

5.6 If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, the Company may request an alternative method that meets verification requirements.

5.7 The Player is solely responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct. The Company shall not be liable for lost funds due to inaccurate banking information.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

6.1 To ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention regulations, Players must complete identity verification prior to withdrawal.

6.2 The Company may, at its sole discretion, request any or all of the following documentation in order to verify a Player’s identity and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations:

6A. Money Laundering & Prohibited Activities

6A.1 All transactions conducted on the Website are subject to monitoring for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Company has trained its customer service and payment processing teams to detect suspicious activity, including deposits derived from illegal sources.

6A.2 The Company reserves the right to decline account registration or terminate any existing Account if there is reasonable suspicion that the Player has engaged in, or intends to engage in, any prohibited or unlawful activity.

6A.3 The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent controls;
  • Using payment methods not registered in the Player’s name;

  • Reversing or refusing legitimate deposits (chargebacks);

  • Any other breach of these Terms.

6A.4 The Company is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of prohibited behavior. If

an Account is closed for such reasons, balances may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.

7. Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

7.1 Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.

7.2 Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements.

7.3 The maximum wager while a bonus is active is €5 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this may void the bonus and winnings.

7.4 Abuse of promotional offers will lead to bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.

7.5 Only one active bonus is allowed per Player unless explicitly permitted.

7.6 Bonuses have expiration dates. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the timeframe will result in expiration of the bonus and related winnings.

7.7 No-deposit bonuses are limited to a maximum withdrawal of €100. A minimum deposit of €10 is required to process such withdrawals, and the bonus must be wagered 30x within 3 days.

7.8 Multiple participation from the same IP/device/household may be considered abuse.

7.9 The Company may withdraw bonuses or VIP status due to inactivity exceeding six months.

7.10 All bonus abuse, manipulation, or violations may result in the cancellation of the bonus, winnings, and possibly the Account.

8. Account Inactivity and Dormancy

8.1 An Account is considered inactive if there is no login, deposit, or gameplay activity for:

8.2 A monthly administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts with positive balances.
